This service is designed to maximise the opportunities for the trailing partner during the expatriate assignment. Our consultants will identify the career and life goals of the trailing partner to determine what local opportunities might exist given the local employment law. Where working locally is not an option we can assist with:

- Mentoring
- Continued career education credits from the home country
- Preparation fro repatriating to the home work environment
