It has long been recognized that a combination of language and cross-cultural training will significantly improve the chances of the assignee and family settling in to their new environment and being able to function as quickly as possible in their new surroundings.
Our language programme can be home or host based depending on the needs of the individual family members. Our services include both language immersion techniques and ongoing classroom style learning.
For cross-cultural training we use a number of models and programmes to ensure that the family completely understands the local cultural conditions. Our programmes provide an effective understanding of both social and business cultural values and are designed to allow the family to easily transition in to life in their new environment.
Training and awareness can be conducted in both the home and host countries and our unique pre assessment programme can provide valuable insight into the needs of specific family members.
