Packing
The packing of your personal items for an overseas move requires special expertise, which not all movers can provide. Interdean has more than 45 years of experience in packing goods for overseas relocations. This type of move requires a great deal more attention than a move using a van. To ensure that your belongings are transported securely, they are packed in specially designed sea containers or custom-made crates. Interdean works with the appropriate packing materials to ensure that your belongings are optimally protected against damage and moisture penetration. Prior to the move, all small items are packed in cardboard boxes and clothing in special wardrobe boxes. Valuables such as paintings and antiques are expertly packed, if necessary using special wooden crates. We then load the belongings onto the moving van or into the sea container on the designated date. It is essential that the goods be properly loaded in order to prevent damage during transport. Interdean provides a detailed inventory list and numbers all items.
Transport
After your belongings have been packed, the container is transported to the port. Interdean provides all export documents. Delivery

And because Interdean is a member of FIDI, we can guarantee a top quality global network. You can download FIDI documents stating the specific import rules that apply for each country for international relocations. Your belongings will then be positioned in the designated rooms upon unloading. Boxes containing fragile goods will be unpacked and the various pieces of furniture that our movers have disassembled will be assembled and arranged in your new home.
